We work hard for your photo coordinator:

MVP SportsPix understands that Picture Day should be a fun, memorable experience that adds to your organization's mission to provide children and their parents with the wonderful lessons and personal growth that team sports has to offer.

To ensure that this goal is met, MVP SportsPix fully coordinates all aspects of your Picture Day.

Parents can contact us directly 24/7 via our Toll Free phone number or web site. This information is clearly printed on our easy to read order forms, distributed to each player at least one week prior to Picture Day.

We will produce a photo schedule that WORKS. Provide us with a schedule of games and events your league has planned for Picture Day and no one will be late for a game or miss an event that you have worked so hard to plan.

Coaches can contact us directly if they need to change their scheduled photo time.

We bring every piece of equipment necessary to do our job. (You will not be lugging tables or chairs on our behalf.)

All photo orders are packaged individually and sorted by team. Photos are delivered to the photo coordinator to be distributed to coaches, team moms or whomever you designate.

We guarantee a response to any order inquiries within 24 hours.

A Make-Up Day is scheduled for players who missed the original Picture Day. We will redo photos at no charge for any parents who are not satisfied, for whatever reason. Teams that would like to redo a photo because one or more players were absent may do so.

Photo Coordinator Checklist

  • Distribute order envelopes to the coaches no later than two weeks before Picture Day. Inform coaches to distribute envelopes to players no later than 1 week before Picture Day.
  • Supply MVP with a schedule of games or event times so MVP can create a Picture Day schedule that works for everyone.
  • Communicate with MVP about the location for photography. A location with the sun at the players back and a simple uncluttered background will yeild the best results. A location with the sun in the players face is not desirable.
  • Be sure that grass is mowed, sprinklers are off, and gates are unlocked so the MVP crew can access the site to prepare for your shoot. The crew needs about an hour to set up.
  • Supply MVP with a list of team sponsors no later than Picture Day.

Now, let's play ball!
